Thrybergh Science Club ventured down to Food Technology again this week for the last time this half term.
The students were investigating and using their initiative along with some instructions to make their own mini pizzas using science links whilst working as a group and individually.
They took responsibility with making the pizza bases in different ways in their various teams to produce the finished pizzas. They had previously requested what they wanted to use as the toppings which were made available for them to complete their task. Working as a team, they cooked the sausages for the topping, cut up various mushrooms, sweetcorn and pepperoni and put the sauce onto each other’s pizza bases. They supported each other and are doing brilliantly on following instructions, both individually and as a group.
The students all successfully made their own pizzas as well as completing the challenge to make some for various staff members.
Well done team!
