This week was another busy and enjoyable Science Club, where we prepared and cook chicken strips and chips by cutting up chicken breasts and adding this to egg and breadcrumbs with a choice of additives. The students continued to improve and test their skills by following the recipe and instructions provided, in order to handle and cook the ingredients safely.
The results were fantastic, and students were able to take the food home in some foil containers. Well done everyone!
