This week at Science Club, we had to divert away from our original plan due to the weather, so we decided to head down to Food Technology, and put students skills to the test by making shortbread. Everyone followed instructions via a sheet provided.
Students were fantastic at persevering, and helping one another get back on track when things weren’t going to plan. After the shortbread were done, everyone got to decorate them and take theirs home to eat.
