On Friday 21st October the annual Thrybergh Academy-sponsored walk took place.
This is our 3rd sponsored walk and is becoming a firm favourite with staff and students. This year we had Y7-11 taking part with a bumper number of walkers that included students, staff, and community figures.
The weather luckily cleared after days of rain and wind and we were lucky to have a pleasant morning, with ideal conditions for walking. Unfortunately, the rain set in after lunch and we had some rather damp but generally happy walkers arrive back in the afternoon.
